Warranty
Our service includes updates and bug fixes to any systems we develop as long as no third party has made any edits, changes or modifications to those systems in any way whatsoever.
If you require any edits, changes or modifications outside of the original scope of this specification we agree to perform these additional services at a price to be mutually agreed before the service is provided. These services will be billed separately as part of a Change Order, and the agreed fee will be payable upon presentation of an invoice or payable upon terms mutually agreed upon.
Content creation and loading:
We do not create content for your website – we can consult and recommend what content would be most suited to your target audience but it is your responsibility to develop that content. We can recommend people and services to help you create your content though.
7 day Delivery Guarantee:
The 7 day guarantee ie. "Your website built in seven days or it's free" begins from the date that we receive and confirm your required details. eg. Logo, domain name, hosting. Confirmation is usually sent within 1 business day of receiving your information
Web hosting:
This offer does not include hosting of your website. Web hosting can be arranged using our dedicated business servers as a separate offer.
3rd party hosting:
Although we do our best to establish the features and functions provided by 3rd party hosting companies we cannot guarantee full site functionality as different hosting companies have different settings and restrictions on their hosting service. Our Technicians will require access to you web server control panel prior to commencement to confirm compatibility.
As part of the setup of this website we will be using the Joomla content management system, and a range of existing extensions and plugins. It is important to note that ownership of the joomla content management system and various extension remain with the copyright owners of those system.
